1、 Show the study aim of Unit 1。

T： How was your weekend?
What do you usually do at the weekend?
Do you usually do some sports at the weekend?
I usually do some sports at the weekend。 I think it is good for our health。 Do you agree with me? Today let’s talk about sports。
设计意图：通过话题讨论，激活相关的词汇等背景知识。
